EMERGENCIES

During normal business hours your emergency will be taken care of as soon as possible the same day
Should you reach our voicemail during normal business hours please state that you have an emergency then leave your Name, Telephone Number and a brief description of your emergency. Your call will be returned within 30 minutes
After normal business hours please state that you have an emergency then leave your Name, Telephone Number and a brief description of your emergency. Your call will be returned on the next business day.
Exceptions after normal business hours such as: No heat due to loss of power on customer side (not power company); medical equipment requiring power; burning smell; fire; shall be taken care of as soon as possible the same day.
